Based on the Wonderfeel Modes,
the Chiasma Cards began development in 1993
as an attempt to describe positive being
in a wholistic, yet compact set of dynamics.

'Chiasma' (ky-AZ-mah) :
a point of connection where 2 distinct components,
can integrate parts of each other giving random results.

In biology a Chiasma is the point of connection
where DNA strands cross each other,
so bits of each strand can be swapped over,
causing mutations in the next generation.

This generates the variety
that drives evolution.

Why 'Cards' ?
